Do you do custom cakes?
Yes! All of our cakes are custom-made.
Do you deliver?
NO. WE DO NOT DELIVER.
Customers are responsible for the shipping of their orders. Personal pick up or courier (Grab, Lalamove, Transportify, etc).
What’s the mode of payment?
We only accept payments via GCASH and BPI.
Strictly no cash on delivery (COD) to avoid personal contact.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush order is subject to slot & time availability. Rush fee is required.
What if I can’t pick up my order on my scheduled pick up date?
You may still pick up your order the next business day/s (up to 3 days only) with a storage fee of P50 for bento cakes & other pastries and P100 for regular sized cakes (6” and bigger) per night per cake.
Can we change our pick up schedule?
Changes in pick up schedule is subject for approval. Rescheduling fee applies.
