SHIPPING / PICK-UP

  1. Our pick up time is STRICTLY from 11AM until 3PM TUESDAY - SATURDAY and 9AM - 1PM SUNDAY only. You are not allowed to pick up your order before your schedule. If you need your order earlier than our available pick up time, please book your order a day ahead. Pick up details will be sent via email minutes before your scheduled time. If you fail to give us a specific pick up time, your order will be scheduled for our last batch of the day - afternoon pick up.

  2. We DO NOT schedule/book delivery for our customers. You may book your order pick-up via couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, Transportify, Angkas, etc.

  3. We recommend that our regular-sized Custom Cakes (6” and bigger) be transported via car/MPV with flat surface and air conditioning, while our Bento cakes and other pastries can be transported via motorcycle with insulated box.

  4. Kaibakes will NOT be liable for any damages while in transit as we make sure that our products are made in the best condition.

  5. If you fail to pick up your cake on the day of your booking, you may still pick up your order the next business day/s (up to three (3) days only) with a storage fee of 50 (for bento/small cakes) & 100 (for regular/big cakes) per night per cake. Failure to pick up after three (3) days, Kaibakes will reserve the right to dispose your order.
