1. We do not customize cake flavors. You may see available sizes and flavors in our Order and Menu pages. For custom sizes, kindly email us for inquiries.

  2. For custom cakes, we try our best to execute customers’ request; however, we cannot guarantee that we can exactly copy your design/peg as we have our own style.

  3. For paintings, themed cakes, and designs coming from the internet/other shops, Kaibakes has the discretion to interpret and to tweak design according to our own style.

  4. Please double check your cake design form. We do not allow changes in design once it’s confirmed. This is to avoid confusion during the cake designing process.

  5. We do not make cake design drafts. We simply refer to the brief and artists’ interpretation. If you miss to put a detail (example: base color, font style), this will be up to our artists’ discretion. Rest assured that we will put what we think is best and up to Kaibakes’ standards.

  6. Our custom cakes are made with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Cakes with 3D design and two tier may have dowels / sticks / straws in them. We do not use other mediums such as fondant, sugar/gum paste, molding chocolates, etc. 

  7. Cake Storage: All of our cakes MUST be refrigerated as soon as you receive it. Our cakes can stand for up to 1-1.5 hours while in transit. Shelf-life for buttercream cakes can be good for up to 5 days, if stored properly in the fridge.

  8. Allergy Warning: All of our products are made with shared equipment that may have come in contact with ingredients containing allergens including but not limited to: Nuts, Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, etc. Kaibakes will not be liable for any allergic reactions coming from the said ingredients.
