RESERVATIONS

  1. You may only order on dates shown on our order page. Rush orders are subject for slot & time availability and with rush fee, kindly email or DM us on instagram. 

  2. You need to pay within 24 hours after you have sent your order. None payment might lead to cancellation of your order.

  3. Once order is sent, changing of pick up date and time is subject for approval. Changes in pick up date and time will be allowed with a rescheduling/inconvenience fee of P150 for bento cakes & other pastries and P300 for regular 6-inch, 8-inch, and two-tier cakes.

  4. Changing of reserved order is not allowed. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
                            
  5. No changes in cake flavor and design (including dedication) once final cake design and final payment are confirmed. 

  6. NO JOY RESERVERS. Joy reservers are automatically blocked from ordering in the future.

  7. No pasingits/singit. We will not accept orders/reservations for fully booked dates via Instagram, Facebook, and Email.
