REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. NO CANCELLATIONS. Most of our cakes are custom-made and scheduled. We do not offer refunds for cancellations by customers for any reason.

  2. Neither party shall be responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, weather delays, or other fortuitous events. If pick up is postponed due to inclement weather or other conditions beyond Kaibakes’ control, your order may be rescheduled for another time.

  3. In case of cancellation by Kaibakes, we will offer rescheduling or full refund of your order.
